Did my homework before deciding on PPF for my Alphard. Compared XPEL, Suntek, 3M and Quad Film. Asked questions about TPU thickness, hydrophobic coating, self-healing layer temperature threshold (some films need direct sunlight to self-heal which is fine in Malaysia weather), and warranty terms. Quad Film Kepong's installer Kelvin Chee actually knew his stuff. Very steady fella, explained how TPU does better than TPH in terms of yellowing resistance, why their 8 mil top coat handles Malaysian heat better than thinner imported films. Went for full body + headlight protection + door edge strip. Install took 3.5 days. After-care instructions clear: no carwash for 2 weeks, no pressure wash near edges for 30 days. 4 months in, finish is excellent. The film around the headlights is virtually invisible. Passersby cannot tell my car has PPF unless they really stare. Worth the premium over RM1,500 cheap wraps for sure.

Just collected my Alphard from Quad Film Sunway last week and aiyo, the chrome grille tu memang shiny like brand new still. Brought my car here because friend recommend, they said this place quite particular. True enough lah. LC Low himself came down to inspect every panel before I drive out. The front bumper, the hood, even the headlights all kena PPF properly. No bubble, no edge lifting, nothing. I'm quite fussy with my cars one, last time I had bad experience with another tint shop where film tepi tu peel after 6 months. Quad Film team showed me their TPU material first, explained warranty 5 years anti-yellowing, then only start work. Took them 2 days install. Now I drive Federal Highway every morning, those lori stone chips no more drama. Worth every sen. Will bring my wife's car here also next time.

LC Low walked me through the TPU spec sheet (8 mil, self-healing top coat, hydrophobic surface), explained the warranty terms in detail, and showed me a few completed Alphard installs in their bay. The install took 3 days for full-body coverage. The edges around the chrome grille and headlights are tucked in perfectly. You genuinely cannot see where the film ends. After 8 months and roughly 12,000 km mostly on the NPE and Federal Highway, the finish still looks showroom-fresh. Highly recommended for any expat looking for a UK/EU-grade install in KL.

My Alphard is used primarily as a chauffeured executive vehicle for client transport, so paint condition has direct commercial implications for us. We chose Quad Film Sunway based on a referral from another expat business owner in the area. The team handled the booking professionally, completed the full-body wrap in three days, and provided proper documentation for our records. One year on with daily use across Federal Highway and city routes, there are zero visible stone chips or paint defects. The chrome trim around the grille still looks pristine, and the headlight covers haven't yellowed at all despite constant sun exposure in our open-air carpark. Easily justified the investment.

Macha, listen ah, I bought my Alphard last year and the wife immediately said must put PPF, no negotiation one. So we went around survey few places lah, ended up choosing Quad Film Sunway because LC Low's team was very layan, explained everything detail-detail. Did Full Front PPF, side mirror caps (very important for our family because the kids always touch lah!) and door edge strip. Total install took 2 days. Now 8 months passed, my Alphard still looking like just rolled out of showroom. Even the wife happy, which is rare you know! Driving LDP everyday going to office, stone chips no more issue. Brader, baru je ambik Alphard dari workshop Quad Film Equine ni. Memang baloi! Kereta family kami selalu travel KL-Melaka guna highway tu, banyak batu kecik kena bumper depan. Pasal tu husband decide nak buat full front PPF dengan headlight protection sekali. Brader CK Yong ramah, explain semua detail, tunjuk material dia first, tak rushing langsung. Lepas pasang, paint Alphard kita yang putih tu nampak macam lagi shiny. Boleh nampak the film dia self-healing. Try scratch sikit dengan jari, lepas tu hilang sendiri. Anak-anak pun teruja tengok daddy nye kereta jadi macam baru lagi. 5 bintang dari kami sekeluarga!

Memang kelakar ni, husband suruh saya buat PPF kat Alphard putih kami. Saya pikir alah, PPF tu kan untuk kereta sport. Alphard ni MPV family je. Tapi husband bagitau, white paint senang yellowing under matahari Malaysia, especially kalau parking outside office. So saya book appointment Equine branch (dekat rumah). Brader CK Yong yang attend cakap, kalau white car better full front + sunroof PPF sebab roof tu kena UV paling kuat. Saya decide ikut je. Lepas 2 days collect, MasyaAllah! Cermin depan, bonnet, even sunroof, semua perfect coverage. Yang paling best, dia tak nampak macam ada lapisan extra. Paint Alphard tu nampak lagi cantik dari original. Husband puji-puji, dia rasa saya buat decision bagus. Bila next car keluar, kita repeat customer la kat sini. Highly recommend kepada kawan-kawan yang ada white Alphard jugak!

In and out in 2 days. Booked online, dropped off Alphard at Kepong branch on Saturday morning, picked up Monday evening. Front bumper, hood, fenders all wrapped. Clean job. No drama. Will come back for sunroof next time.

Booked appointment at Sunway branch last August for my Alphard. Got full front + bumper coverage. Family loves it. Wife and kids think the car looks brand new still even after 9 months. Definitely worth the money for a premium MPV like Alphard. Will come back for headlight protection next time.

Macam-macam orang cakap PPF tu just gimmick je for premium cars. Saya pun first time tak yakin, sebab harga lebih kurang RM4-5k untuk Alphard. Tapi after hood saya kena scratch dalam kawasan parking shopping mall, baru saya consider serius. Pergi survey 3 tempat, last sekali pilih Quad Film Equine sebab brader CK Yong yang attend kita very honest dan tak push hard sell. Dia recommend bumper only dulu since saya tak banyak guna highway. Install lepas 1 hari je. Result okay, takdak masalah setakat ni 7 bulan dah. Kasi 4 bintang sebab masa nak collect kena tunggu sikit lama, kereta belum ready waktu janji. Tapi quality memang puas. Next round kalau nak upgrade ke full front, balik sini la.

Wah I'm one of those very particular type customers ah, my Alphard is my baby. So I went Quad Film Kepong because my uncle recommended (he wrap his BMW there). Decided to go full body + sunroof PPF. Total bill quite eye-watering but I treat it as investment. The install took them 4 days because I asked them to redo one panel where I saw tiny bubble near the rear fender during inspection. Kelvin Chee very steady, no complain, take down the film and reapply somemore until I happy. Final result very good, but I deduct 1 star because at first install got that small imperfection. Shouldn't happen at this price point. After fix it perfect already. Honestly the after-sales service is what makes me trust them. Will recommend my friends, especially those very cincai-can't-tahan-imperfection type like me.
